Silverdale General Hospital has a 24 hour emergency room. There are many skilled doctors and medical personnel working at the hospital who can perform just about any surgery or procedure that is needed. It is also a wonderful facility if long-term medical treatment or hospice care is required.

Silverdale has a very dedicated police force. They also have a very high-tech forensics lab. There is everything from a K-9 Unit to a S.W.A.T team at the station. The jail is also located here.

The stadium is where the city's professional sports team, the Silverdale Strikers, play. Concerts and big events are also held at the stadium.

This gorgeous theatre was designed specifically for the arts. Plays, operas, ballets, recitals, and other performing arts are all showcased here. Come see a happy-go-lucky musical or a tragic ballet or anything else your heart desires.

| Silverdale Shopping Centre
This is the spacious mall. There are many stores, a ten-screen cinema, and a food court. There are also a few salons spread throughout the mall. It is very nicely decorated inside.

This is the community center. There is an olympic-sized swimming pool, professional gym, and skating rink. There are also various indoor and outdoor courts and fields so that people can play any sport they wish.

Le Diamant is a beautiful hotel and spa, complete with magnificent ballrooms, a peaceful outdoor courtyard, and a five-star restaurant. This is a great place for weddings, banquets, fundraisers, galas, or fancy parties. It is absolutely gorgeous.

Adagio is an absolutely exquisite restaurant. It is co-owned by master chefs Maurice Bardot & Sergio Rossi. Reservations must be made very far in advance. There is a black tie dress code. This is the perfect place to pop the question to that special someone.

This is the most exclusive club in Silverdale. It is very hard to get into. They play great music and the club is very modern. Celebrities tend to hang out here.

| The Purple Kangaroo
The Purple Kangaroo is a wild club. It's crowded, it's hot, the music's blaring, and there's a whole lot of provocative dancing going on. The drinks flow at the club. It's basically a parent's worst nightmare to hear that their child was at The Purple Kangaroo.

| The Daily Grind
This is the local coffee shop. They sell delicious coffee, smoothies, and baked goods. Every Friday is "Open Mic Night" where people can sing, play music, or read poetry. They also have a karaoke night. It is a great place to hang out.

This is the beautiful city park. The centre of the park is a large pond with a statue of Silverdale's founder, Phillip Ives, in the middle. There are tons of flowers, trees, paths and of course, lots of ducks and squirrels! This is a great place to bring the kids or walk the dog.

| Mac's Diner & Soda Shop
Mac's has been around for over fifty years and is still going strong. This soda shop is well known for their root beer floats, malts, banana splits, burgers, and shakes. They've even still got the old jukebox, that still works if you hit it the right way. Mac has passed on now, but his son and grandchildren run the diner today. Everything at Mac's is done the way it always has been, since 1952.

This is the pretty city beach. It may not have the white sands and crystal clear waters of the Caribbean, but, the cool lake and nice shore make it a great place to spend a summer day.

The carnival sets up here every summer. Horse shows are also held here. Outdoor music festivals are held here as well. They have firework displays on special occasions.

This is the local stable. They offer lessons for all ages and experience levels. They also offer boarding. Silverdale Equestrian Center employs highly qualified instructors who are trained in first aid. This is a great training center for English riding.

| Second Chance Animal Refuge
This is the local animal shelter. They take in just about any type of animal - wild or domestic - that needs help. Wild animals that are rehabilitated are released back into the wild. Domestic animals are adopted out to good homes.
